SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using NZ couriers or Post Haste Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to sign for it a courier calling card will be left with instruction on how to have your item re delivered.
Orders confirmed and paid before 1.00pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. (Monday – Friday)
A daytime contact phone number is required. PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted.
Please allow an extra time for rural deliveries and around Public Holidays.

You can purchase now RISK FREE and if you don’t like the product in the first 14 days, simply return it for a full refund minus the restocking fee (20%).


If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply contact us on 0800 115 222, for a return authorisation number, within 14 days of you receiving your item.


Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in as new condition.
Return freight is at your cost and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged.
Please note we cannot accept hygiene or continence items for return for health reasons unless faulty.
